We are finally on track for Ohio ballot access
for next year's election!
Because we are so new -- Reformed just this year -- we cannot hope to obtain the approx. 20,000 signatures needed to get our candidates on the ballot with a nice "Constitution Party" under their name. Those would have to be completed by November of this year and we'd have to participate in the March primary.
So, we are concentrating our resources on getting our President and Vice President on the ballot for 2008 as "independent" candidates. We have to certify 5,000 signatures on our petition by August 2008. This is doable for our organization and National is going to help with funding.

Chuck Baldwin
are our stand-ins.

Instructions for those that want to help obtain signatures.
- 1. Circulators & Signers must be registered Ohio voters.
- 2. Circulator must witness the signatures and sign the bottom of the form.
- 3. Each petition sheet must have signers from "one" county only.
