The following was just received; it is reason enough to get busy on making Liberty Works Radio Network a reality.  I just recorded this past Friday the last segment explaining the plan.  The final version should be edited this week.  As soon as the Christmas holidays are over we have to disseminate the DVD far and wide.  If we all do our part, IT WILL BE A REALITY.

If Ron Paul is elected, he will need a news outlet that will be telling Americans the truth of what he is trying to do for them.

“I represent Bill Benson. Bill wrote a publication expressing his opinion that the 16th Amendment wasn't ratified. The 16th Amendment is the authority the government uses to impose and collect the income tax. The government sued him to prohibit him from expressing his opinion. One of the allegations against him was that his opinion was false. In defense, we alleged the facts establishing his opinion was true. What has happened to America when the government accuses you of lying and prohibits you from presenting facts showing you are telling the truth? What has happened to America when our First Amendment right to speak out against the government has become a crime? What has happened to America when you are now stopped without probable cause and are required to present traveling papers? Is this any different than the East German checkpoints that not so long ago were the battle cry for the cold war?

The government has suspended the constitutional right to the writ of habeas corpus. People are now held in prison indefinitely, with no court appearance, and tortured. What has happened to America?

Ben Franklin said during another time of intolerable governmental action: "We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."
